    I suffer from Hashimoto’s disease, and have since menopause in 2009.  I have been using the Mexican wild yam cream for about 6-7 weeks.  I can’t pinpoint when I started to feel better, but probably about 3 weeks in.

    I cannot tell you how much better I feel!  I feel like I didn’t realise I was dragging myself around until the brain fog, chronic tiredness, sore feet and terrible headaches have almost disappeared.

    I have been using the Mexican Wild Yam cream now for 8 weeks and my period pain has been so much better, not completely gone yet but 80 percent better. I also don’t have the pain where the cyst was, so it will be interesting to see if the cyst has become smaller.

    I have recently been taking the Mind Lift Gummies 1hr before my bed time and they have been an absolute game changer for a sound sleep. I wake up feeling fresh, unlike some other sleep gummies that have made me feel sluggish in the morning I am up & at em’. I notice when I don’t take them that my sleep is no where near as sound.
